How do I return an item?
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for exchange or refund.
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Items must be in their new, unaltered and unused condition.
Definition of new,unaltered condition is:
- Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
- Must have all the tags, labels and original package.
- Must not be a special order or a custom order.
- A specific item cannot be returned if noted in that items particular item description.
If any item is shipped incorrectly by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we recieve it. Please contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Customer Support is available at info@jcwesternwear.com or by calling 561-748-8801.
ALL ITEMS LISTED IN OUR CLEARANCE SECTION ARE CONSIDERED "FINAL SALE" ITEMS.
THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
